JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PCBA and system level bring up, test, debug, characterization and documentation for electronic products from
Industrial and Automotive segments. Responsible for Test Coverage, Quality, Test Efficiency and Lab equipment
utilization and time to market. Will be reporting to the Lead Hardware design engineer of application engineering
team.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, LANGUAGE AND SKILLSET REQUIREMENTS:
Education and work experience:
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Electronics &
Communication Engineering
Work experience : 5 to 10 Years [At least 1~2 years in testing and characterization of Industrial /
Automotive PCBAs]
Language requirements:
Fluency in written and spoken English communication. Spoken Hindi is an advantage.
Skillset Requirements:
A strong understanding of electrical and electronics engineering principles is crucial, including
knowledge of power electronics, analog and digital circuit design, control systems, and high speed
designs.
Knowledge of battery technology, including familiarity with battery chemistry, performance
characteristics, and safety considerations, knowledge on Motor drive systems and system level EMIEMC aspects.
Hands on working experience with tools such as MSOs, Programmable Load, power supply, VNA,
Spectrum Analyzer, etc.,. Knowledge on test automation programming is desirable.
Familiarity with embedded systems including flashing of the code, debugging serial interfaces like
SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet, CAN, FlexRay etc.,,
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations for various end applications is needed.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously,
working closely with cross-functional teams, and prioritizing and managing time efficiently.
Effective communication skills to present ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, to
understand requirements from stakeholders and to articulate the test plans.
