JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Application Engineer to join our team at Excelpoint Systems India
Private Limited. Key responsibilities of the candidate will be, providing technical support to customers who are
using NXP’s i.MX Processors, microcontrollers and other NXP products in their designs. Work closely with
customers to understand their requirements and offer solutions to meet their needs. Develop and deliver
technical presentations and demos to customers to showcase the features and capabilities of NXP’s products.
Conduct technical training sessions for customers and partners. Collaborate with our sales team to identify and
pursue new business opportunities.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, LANGUAGE AND SKILLSET REQUIREMENTS:
Education and work experience:
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
 3+ years of experience working with i.MX Processors and other NXP microcontrollers. Overall
experience of about 5 years in to software development for embedded applications.
Language requirements:
 Fluency in written and spoken English communication. Spoken Hindi, Kannada is an advantage.
Skillset Requirements:
 Experience in embedded systems development, programming languages such as C/C++,
Experience in Linux OS based application development, Python scripting and hardware debugging
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
 Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
